How it works

Snap everything you're getting rid of and upload it all at once from your phone. Our AI groups photos of the same thing, names each item, writes a short description and suggests a starting price from what similar things sell for used.
Share one link
Check the details, change anything you like, then send the link to friends, family, neighbors or a group chat. Add a password if you want it extra private.
Friends bid, you hand off
Friends sign in with just their email (no account to create) and bid. Everyone sees the top bid; outbid friends get an email. When bidding closes, winners get your email to arrange pickup and payment.

When a public marketplace is still the better choice

If you need to reach a lot of buyers you don't know, or you're selling one niche item to a specialist crowd, a public marketplace has more eyes. Is FriendsSale free?

Yes. There are no listing fees, no commission and no ads. You and the buyer arrange payment directly.

Do buyers need a Facebook account or any account?

No. Buyers enter their email and click a sign-in link. That's it.

Can I see who is bidding?

Yes. As the seller you see every bidder's name, email and bid. Other bidders only see the top amount.

What stops people I don't know from bidding?

Only people with your link can see the sale, you can add a password, and you can block any email address, which also removes their bids.
